Andrew Staffa Neto
Graduated in Law from Universidade Paulista – UNIP/SP, with postgraduate studies in Business Law at Fundação Getúlio Vargas – FGV/SP. He has 12 years experience in business law, is the responsible partner for the areas of taxation, contractual, corporate and advisory law. He was deputy judge of the Tax Court of the State of São Paulo (TIT). He has lectured at the Institute of Telemarketing and Customer Service Ltda.. The modules of Ethics and Advertising Self-Regulation, Consumer Law, Overview of the Brazilian Labor Legislation in 2001 until 2003. He was Professor of the Specialization Course in Financial Management and Business Management Colleges at Oswaldo Cruz Institute from 2006 until 2010. Taught modules in tax administration and tax legislation at the Oswaldo Cruz Institute and Faculty of Graduate Studies – IPOG. He is currently professor of Tax Management Course UNINOVE.
Silvia Rodrigues Pereira Pachikoski
Graduated Lawyer from the University of Sao Paulo – USP, specializing in Civil Procedure Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo – PUC/SP and postgraduate courses in Corporate Law at Fundação Getúlio Vargas – FGV/SP. Specialized also in International Commercial Arbitration at Washington College of Law. With nearly 20 years of experience in litigation, real estate and international law, has acted as arbitrage referee for various procedures. She is a member of the Brazilian Arbitration Committee, participating on its Committee for Legislative Affairs. Member of the Brazilian Institute of Construction Law – IBDIC. Member of the Antitrust and Business Law specials studies groups from Federation of Industries of São Paulo – FIESP. Former Chairman of the Board of Conciliation, Mediation and Arbitration of Sao Paulo CIESP/FIESP, and is currently a member of its permanent list of arbitrators. Member of the permanent list of arbitrators of the CAESP. Former Deputy Director of the Legal Department of the Federation of Industries of São Paulo and former Deputy Director of the Legal Department of the Center of Industries of São Paulo. Former University Professor in the course Introduction to the Study of Law. Author of several articles on law and arbitration.
